How to log the payment details?Payment details can be logged for the invoices that are not marked Paid. To add the payments follow these steps: Click the Pay button near Total for the invoice The payment screen appears where the informations can be entered. If a previous entry is available, it will also be displayed on the screen. Enter several partial payments or one entry for the full payment due. If you need to delete a payment, a long press on an entry will pop up the Delete button.

How to delete a payment entry?Access the payment details by clicking on the "Pay" or "View" button near "Total" for the invoice. Previously entered payment entries will be displayed on the screen. To delete a payment, long press on an entry and the Delete button will pop up. Click on the Delete button to delete the entry.

How to mark the invoice as Paid?Enter payment details for the invoice by clicking on the Pay button near Total for the invoice. Enter several partial payments or one entry for the full payment due. After the full payment is logged, save the invoice and it will be automatically marked as Paid.

Can an invoice marked as Paid be edited?Only invoices that are not Paid can be edited. However an invoice status can be changed from Paid which will allow to edit the invoice. For steps on how to change the Paid status, please see the next question.

How to change the status of Invoice marked as Paid?Click the View button near Total for the invoice The payment records appears on the screen. Delete a payment entry. To delete a payment, long press on an entry and the Delete button will pop up. Once an entry is deleted, invoice will not be marked as Paid. Go back to the invoice and save it.
